As a senior UI/UX designer at Cadris Studio, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual and interactive elements of our SaaS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing specialists, to design interfaces that not only look stunning but also deliver exceptional usability.
Your primary responsibilities include creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed mockups that reflect user needs and business goals. You will conduct user research, gather feedback through usability testing, and iterate designs to continually improve the product experience.
You should have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design techniques. Your ability to balance aesthetics with functionality will help us create products that stand out in a competitive market.
Ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio showcasing complex SaaS or web application design projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving through design.
